Day
1:
Just
swallowed a mosquito.
Everyone arrived at the airport at 3:15 sharp, starting off
our journey with nothing but smiles. Getting through security was easy, aside
from Nick getting his bag torn open by security guards and he himself being searched
for any dangerous materials by security. Next we made our way towards the gate,
G 11, but as we arrived, young man Jonny AO realized he forgot his suitcase at
the security checkpoint. He sprinted back with the grace of a gazelle and speed
of MasterCraft speedboat. He recovered his bag, but on his way back his speed
turned into that of a turtle, ultimately knocking an elder gentle aside in a
skirmish for an airport taxi ride to his gate. Soon we were on our way. Gliding
through the air, with the clouds spread out across the sky like a patient
ithicarized upon a table. Once we landed in Georgia, we almost missed our
flight, but we weren’t worried for we had broads in Atlanta. Although we had
this backup plan, we made our flight safely. After six hours of flying we
landed in Costa Rica, pumped for the two hour bus ride ahead of us. Before arriving at Finca La Anita, we
stopped for huge beef burgers, which were yummy. We then arrived at the ranch,
everyone in one piece, no one left behind, except for apparently one kid who’s
back in the States and meeting up with us later. Oh well. This group is very cohesive
and we’re all excited for the educational endeavors and enjoyable moments to
come.
Love,
Young man AO & S Muneyyy
(Jonny AO & Sam Petronio).
